JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 The Employment Tribunal finds the following:
1. That the respondent harassed the claimant when she was subjected to mocking comments about her accent and was informed that if she wished to live in Scotland she should “learn how to speak Scottish”;
2. That the respondent directly discriminated against the claimant when she was 25 subjected to the treatment set out at 1 above.
3. That the respondent victimised the claimant when it failed to provide an outcome to her grievance and failed to support her during her sickness absence; and
