JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims under the Employment Rights Act 1996 are not well-founded and are dismissed.
20 REASONS
1. The claimant lodged a claim in the Employment Tribunal on 30 January 2024 claiming arrears of pay. The respondent entered a response resisting the claims.
2. At the outset of the final hearing we discussed the outstanding claims for 25 determination by the Tribunal. The claimant seeks underpayment of hours which he states relate to time off in lieu which he accrued but did not take and was not paid for on termination of his employment.
