JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim of unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is hereby dismissed.
REASONS Introduction

The Claimant has brought a complaint of unfair dismissal under s94 of the 25 Employment Rights Act 1996 arguing that she resigned in circumstances which amounted to a dismissal as defined in s95(1)(c) of the 1996 Act (constructive dismissal).
