JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Tribunal is that: 20 (1) the claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed; and (2) the claim of wrongful dismissal is dismissed.
REASONS
1. The claimant presents a complaint of unfair dismissal and breach of contract (wrongful dismissal), his complaints of disability discrimination and non- 25 payment of holiday pay having been withdraw. A final hearing took place over three days. Mr McGowan appeared for the claimant and Mrs Suleman for the respondents.
2. For the respondents, evidence was given by Mr Wilson, Group Support Manger and the investigatory and disciplinary officer, and Ms Buchanan the 30 Group MD and appealsofficer. The claimant gave evidence on his own behalf. A joint bundle of documents was produced.
