JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 15 The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims all fail and are dismissed.

REASONS 20 Introduction

1. The claimant, known here as X pursuant to an Order under Rule 50(3)(b) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 issued by the 25 Tribunal on 13 February 2024, presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 7 December 2021, in which he complained that he had been discriminated against on the grounds of disability.
