REASONS 20 Introduction
1. The claimant, known here as X pursuant to an Order under Rule 50(3)(b) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 issued by the 25 Tribunal on 13 February 2024, presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 7 December 2021, in which he complained that he had been discriminated against on the grounds of disability.
