JUDGMENT
1. Mrs Hasnat’s claim for a. unlawful deductions from wages is well founded and succeeds; b. breach of contract for failure to reimburse expenses succeeds; and c. an amount for ‘inconvenience’ does not succeed and is dismissed.
2. The respondent is therefore ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £406.72. This is calculated as follows: a. £127.94 in respect of underpayment wages that were unlawfully deducted; and b. £278.78 damages for breach of contract. Page 1 of 11 Case number 2301362/2023
