1. A preliminary hearing had taken place in this case on 21 January 2025. The claimant claimed that she had been discriminated against because of disability, constructively dismissed and that the respondent had made unlawful 30 deductions from her wages.

Having sought to clarify the claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages with her, it had appeared that the claimant was seeking to argue that she should be paid for hours she had not worked.
