JUDGMENT

1. The Claimant’s allegations that he did a protected act for the purposes of Section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 on the following occasions: 1.1. By bringing a ‘Job Planning’ grievance in or around December 2017; and 1.2. Orally during grievance meetings that were held on 15 November 2018 and 20 February 2019; have no reasonable prospects of success and are struck out.

2. For the avoidance of doubt no other aspects of the Claimant’s amended claims brought under Section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 are affected by this order.
