JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that: 25 (i) The First Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA) in respect of the period from 1 August to 22 September 2023 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of FOUR THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED AND TWENTY-TWO POUNDS STERLING AND TWENTY
30 FOUR PENCE (£4,622.24); (ii) The First Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA) in respect of a failure to pay in lieu of 12.5 days’ accrued untaken holiday on the termination of her employment and is ordered to pay the 35 claimant the sum of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN
POUNDS STERLING AND THIRTEEN PENCE (£1,111.13); (iii) The First Respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment in failing to provide contractual notice of one calendar month when terminating her employment and the First Respondent is ordered to pay 8000512/2023 Page 2 the claimant damages in the sum of TWO THOUSAND AND SIXTY
