JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant was discriminated against by the respondent contrary to ss18 and 39(2)(c) & (d) of the Equality Act
2010. The Tribunal makes an award of compensation to the claimant of £22150.33 (Twenty-two thousand, one hundred and fifty pounds, thirty three pence) in respect of that discrimination.
