30 REASONS Introduction

1. The claimant lodged a claim on 26 September 2024 claiming that he had been discriminated against on grounds of disability and/or race. The respondent resisted the claims and indicated that it did not accept that the claimant was a 35 disabled person at the material time and in any event it did not and could not have known that he was a disabled person. 8001350/2024 Page 2

2. The claimant worked as a bank support worker for the respondent on three occasions in July 2024. The respondent provides support services for individuals with a range of needs in their own homes.
