JUDGMENT The following complaints are struck out: (1) Harassment based on perceived disability, under section 26 Equality Act 2010; and (2) Direct disability discrimination based on perceived disability, contrary to section 13 Equality Act 2010.

REASONS

1. Following a preliminary hearing held on 6 June 2024 the claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £1,000 in respect of (1) the harassment claim and £750 in respect of (2) the direct discrimination claim.
