20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
1. The claim of unlawful deduction from wages in respect of accrued holidays is out of time and the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.
2. The claim is therefore dismissed.
REASONS 25 1. This claim was for unlawful deduction from wages under section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The claimant alleged that she had not been paid in respect of accrued holidays as part of overtime payments running from an unspecified date in 2017.
