JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal, harassment of a sexual nature, direct sexual orientation discrimination and victimisation do not succeed and are dismissed.
25 REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant presented complaints of constructive unfair dismissal, harassment of a sexual nature, direct sexual orientation discrimination and victimisation. 30 2. The respondent resisted the complaints.
3. A preliminary hearing for case management was held on 7 December 2023. At that hearing, the respondent’s application for the final hearing to be held in private and, in the alternative, for a restricted reporting order was considered.
