1. The claim of direct race discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed.

2. The claim of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £6549.83 from which it may make any necessary deductions. Case No. 2401136/2024
