JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is: 20 1. The claimant is disabled as defined in s6 of the Equality Act 2010 in respect of the impairments described as “shingles” and “endocarditis”.
2. The claimant’s application to amend her claim to add further specification of the claims under the Equality Act as set out in her case management agenda is granted.
25 REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant has brought a number of complaints against the respondent. One of the claims being pursued is a claim of disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. The claimant relies on a number of impairments, some 30 of which the respondent concedes meet the test for disability under s6 of the 2010 Act. 8000524/2023 Page 2
