JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the tribunal is that – 1. the respondent has failed to comply with its obligations under Section 188 of 25 the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and the complaint brought by the first claimant accordingly succeeds.
2. A protective award is made in favour of all employees of the Respondent who were dismissed as redundant in the protected period and the respondent is ordered to pay remuneration to them for the protected period of 90 days 30 starting on 25 October 2023.
3. The complaints brought by the second claimants do not succeed and are accordingly dismissed. 4100461/2024 & others Page 2
