JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The respondent did not make unlawful deductions from the wages of the claimant under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Claim is dismissed.
REASONS 25 Introduction
1. The claim is one for unlawful deductions from wages, firstly in respect of unpaid wages and secondly for accrued holiday pay said to be due.
