JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claims of unfair dismissal and marriage discrimination are not well-founded and are dismissed.

25 REASONS

1. The claimant lodged a claim in the Employment Tribunal on 24 January 2024 claiming unfair dismissal and marriage discrimination following her dismissal.

2. The respondent resists the claims, asserting that the claimant was dismissed for a potentially fair reason namely redundancy, and they deny discrimination 30 because of marriage.
