JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s applications are dismissed.
REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant applied for a job with the respondent. On 10 October 2023, his 25 application was rejected. The claim form is about the rejection of his application. The complaints are race discrimination, whistleblowing detriment and unfair dismissal. The respondent resists the claims.
