JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim of unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is hereby dismissed.

REASONS Introduction

1. The claimant has brought a complaint of unfair dismissal which is resisted by the respondent. Preliminary issues

2. At the outset of the hearing there was an outstanding issue with a witness order for Sam Dickinson. The claimant had obtained an order for Mr Dickinson (who was an external consultant engaged by the respondent to investigate the claimant’s grievance) to attend the hearing to give evidence and the respondent sought to have this revoked.
