JUDGMENT

1. The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claims are dismissed.

2. The claims concern: (a) a failure by the respondent to ensure that the claimant was aware, while off sick, of a suitable vacancy at a higher level; (b) the handling by the respondent of her subsequent grievance; and (c) other alleged mistreatment during the course of the grievance process.
