JUDGMENT AND ORDERS It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that: 1.The claimant is granted permission to amend his claims to add a further claim of detriment by reason of having made a protected disclosure, in being sent away from Priestners Ward and told to go to Golborne Ward on 16 October 2022;
2. On 14 October 2022 the claimant made a protected disclosure to Barbara Gogoma on 14 October 2022.
3. The claimant was subjected to the detriment on 21 October 2022 of having his booked and future shifts cancelled by reason of his having made that disclosure.
