1. On 7 March 2025, at a Preliminary Hearing, the Claimant confirmed that the dates of employment provided by the Respondent were correct and that he had not been employed for two years. Accordingly, he withdrew his complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to pay a redundancy payment and they were dismissed.
