JUDGMENT (1) The claimant’s request for a postponement is refused (Rules 2 and 30A Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013). (2) The claims made by the claimant were compromised in a COT3 agreement between the claimant and the first respondent dated 14 October 2023 and are therefore struck out because the tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with them.
