JUDGMENT The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim for non-payment of her bonus from 2020 to 2023 (breach of contract or unlawful deduction from wages) as it was presented out of time.

REASONS

1. By a claim form presented on 2 February 2025, the claimant sought payment of her outstanding bonus payments from the years ending 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 totally £20,000. Early conciliation was entered into on 21 December 2024 and was completed on 14 January 2025.
