JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:

1. The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the first respondent and is awarded the sum of £10043.19 (Ten thousand and forty three pounds, nineteen pence) 35 in compensation.

2. The claims under the Equality Act 2010 against all three respondents are not well-founded and are hereby dismissed. 4107187/2023 Page 2

3. The claim that the claimant was not provided with a statement of terms and conditions of employment as required by s1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was withdrawn by the claimant and is dismissed under Rule 52 of the Tribunal Rules of Procedure.
