Case Number: 6021984/2024
EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS Claimant: Mrs F White Respondent: Trees Park (East Ham) Ltd On: 25 November 2025 Before: Employment Judge McAvoy Newns At: Watford Employment Tribunal Appearances: For the Claimant: In person For the Respondent: Mr Sonaike, Counsel
JUDGMENT
1. At the material time, namely between 6 March 2023 and 16 June 2024, and on the facts of this case, the Claimant was not a disabled person as defined in section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 by reference to her Type 2 Diabetes. Accordingly, her claims for disability discrimination are dismissed.
2. There are no reasonable prospects of the Tribunal finding that the Claimant did a protected act as defined in section 27 of the Equality Act 2010. In any event, the Claimant has not pleaded any detriments which allegedly occurred after such alleged protected acts. The Claimant’s claim for victimisation is therefore struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success.
