JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant was disabled in terms 30 of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010; the claim will now proceed to a final hearing as previously directed.
REASONS
1. This was a Preliminary Hearing (PH) to determine whether the claimant was disabled in terms of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 (the EQA). The 35 claimant appeared on her own behalf. Mr Devlin, the first respondent’s HR manager for the respondents, appeared for both respondents.
