JUDGMENT In the case of Mr Akif Hussain v John Lewis plc 1302004/2022 , the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:

1. The claimant is a disabled person during the relevant time by reason of migraines. The claimant is not a disabled person during the relevant time by reason of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

2. The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is not well well-founded and is dismissed.
