JUDGMENT

1. The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case and failed to attend the final hearing. The Tribunal proceeded to hear and determine the claim in the absence of the Respondent and in the absence of a Respondent’s ET3 in accordance with rules 21 and 47 of the Rules of Procedure.

2. The claim for constructive unfair dismissal succeeds. The claimant is entitled to a basic award in the total sum of £2,800.
