JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The Employment Tribunal finds that the respondent company unlawfully deducted wages from the claimant and that the respondent shall pay the claimant Seven Hundred and Eight pounds and Fifty-Six pence (£708.56) being accrued holiday pay due at the date of termination of his employment. 35
