JUDGMENT The Claimant’s claim that he was directly discriminated against by reason of the protected characteristic of race, contrary to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010, is not well founded and is dismissed.

1. The Claimant, who is Romanian, was employed by the Respondent as an HGV Driver from 1 December 2021 until 14 October 2022 when he was summarily dismissed for alleged gross misconduct.
