JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
1. Of consent, and in terms of rule 64 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals 25 (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, it is just and equitable for the discrimination claims to proceed.
2. From the evidence before the Tribunal, the claimant was a disabled person in terms of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 at the material times and the claims in respect of disability discrimination can proceed. 30 3.
