JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The claim for unlawful deductions not being well founded is dismissed.
REASONS 20 1. The claimant in his ET1 sought findings that the respondent had made unlawful deductions from his wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. In short, his position was that he had been promoted and on return to his substantive post, that promotion had not been recognised.
