JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed. 30

REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 9 January 2024 in which he complained that he had been unfairly dismissed by the 35 respondent.

2. The respondent submitted an ET3 response form in which they admitted that the claimant was dismissed by them, but denied that the dismissal was unfair.
