1. The sole complaint brought by a claim form received on 18 December 2024 was one of unfair dismissal.
2. The claimant was formerly employed by the respondent bank as a Financial 10 Guide in its Mortgage Advice and Financial Guidance Team in Glasgow. The claimant originally worked for the respondent as an agency worker but commenced employment on 6 August 2015. He was dismissed without notice for gross misconduct on 22 July 2024.
