JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL
1. The complaint of victimisation is dismissed, the claimant having withdrawn this complaint at the Hearing.
2. The claimant’s dismissal was not unfair and that complaint is dismissed.
3. Of consent, the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £166.89 (ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY SIX POUNDS AND EIGHTY NINE PENCE), less any deductions required by law, that being one day’s gross pay that the respondent had deducted from sums due to the claimant, in breach of contract.
