REASONS 5
1. The claimant raised claims under the Equality Act for disability discrimination. The claims were opposed by the respondent company who did not accept that the claimant was a disabled person at the relevant time. It was agreed that the relevant time was January 2022 in particular the events leading up to 10 the claimant’s dismissal on 16 January 2022.
