JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:- 5 1. The claim of victimisation under s27 of the Equality Act 2010 is struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success under Rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 (“the Tribunal Rules”).
2. The claim of direct discrimination under s13 of the Equality Act 2010 10 specified at (iv) of Table A within the Further and Better Particulars lodged by the claimant (“Table A”) is struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success under Rule 37 of the Tribunal Rules.
