1. This was a Final Hearing held in person in the Glasgow Tribunal of the 35 sole claim made by the claimant of unfair dismissal. Dismissal was admitted by the respondent in its Response Form, which contended that the reason for the dismissal was conduct. The nature of that conduct was initially in issue between the parties, as the claimant alleged that his
