JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 25 1. The claimant did not make protected disclosures and his complaint of detriment on the grounds of making protected disclosures under section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 therefore is unsuccessful and is dismissed;
2. The complaint of detriment under section 45A(1) of the Act cannot be 30 determined at this hearing and will proceed to a full hearing.
