JUDGMENT The unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claims of discrimination arising from a disability, failure to make reasonable adjustments and victimisation are not well founded and are dismissed. The claim of indirect discrimination is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
REASONS The Claims
1. By a claim form submitted on 13 January 2018, the claimant brought claims that the respondent acted contrary to the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 (“EqA”) by failing to make reasonable adjustments (ss.20-21), indirect discrimination (s.19), discrimination arising from a disability (s.15) and victimisation (s.27).
