JUDGMENT The Claimants’ claims of detriment on the grounds of public interest and health and safety disclosures, discrimination on the grounds of disability and race and unlawful deductions from wages are all dismissed.

REASONS

1. Claim 1.1 By a Claim Form dated 31 December 2020, the Claimants brought complaints of discrimination on the grounds of race and disability, detriment on the grounds of public interest and health and safety disclosure, unlawful deductions from wages and a failure to provide updated written terms and conditions of employment.
