1. The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in the following sums, and must pay the gross sums (the claimant is responsible for the payment of tax and national insurance): a. £1045 in respect of wages. b. £225.31 in respect of holiday pay accrued but untaken on the date the claimant’s employment ...
2. The complaint of breach of contract is well-founded. The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay the following sums, and must pay her such sums: a. £245 in respect of mileage allowance. b. £100 in respect of on-call payments.
