JUDGMENT The Claimant was an employee, working under a contract of employment as defined by s 230(1) of the ERA 96, section 2 of The Working Time Regulations 1998 and section 88(2) of the Pensions Act 2008 The Claimant’s claim against the first Respondent was made in time and so the Tribunal has jurisdiction in respect of that claim.
