JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that: 20 1. The claims of unfair dismissal and breach of contract, having been withdrawn by the claimant are dismissed under Rule 52 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure.
