JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 25 The Judgment of the Tribunal is that: - (1) the claimant was an employee of the first respondent, Omega Finance Limited, in terms of s.230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996; (2) the claim under s.23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and the respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of £8,702.28
