JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is:
1. That the respondent did not have actual or constructive knowledge that the claimant was a disabled person within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010, and that as a result, the claimant’s claim 35 under section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 fails, and is dismissed; and
2. That the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent, and that the case will now proceed to a Remedy Hearing to determine the just and equitable award to be made to her;
3. The claimant’s application to amend her claim is refused. 40
