JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:
1. The following claims are struck out as being out of time and the claimant not being able to demonstrate that it was not reasonably practicable to lodge them on time: failure to pay the minimum wage, unpaid holiday pay and whistleblowing detriments.
2. The following claims are struck out as being out of time and the claimant not being able to demonstrate that it was just and equitable for the claims to be heard late: disability discrimination and harassment on the grounds of disability.
